quiet house is a coaching practice rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins in the places we inhabit - our homes, our daily rituals, our bodies, and our inner lives.

A thoughtful, collaborative approach to helping women create lives that feel more intentional, grounded, and deeply their own.

Working together

Every person arrives with a different story.

Some want to rethink a room that no longer feels like home. Others are navigating a life transition, looking for more intention on their days, or hoping to establish new rhythms and rituals.

My role isn’t to prescribe the answers. It’s to help you discover what fits your life and to create environments and practices that support it.

Depending on your goals, our work may take place in conversation, in your home, in the garden, around the kitchen table, on a beach walk, or through a creative practice. These aren’t separate services; they’re simply different ways of exploring what will best support your growth.

What our work may include

  • Coaching conversations

  • Home walkthroughs and space edits

  • Creating supportive daily rituals

  • Clarifying priorities during life transitions

  • Thoughtful sourcing for meaningful pieces that support your home and daily life

  • Text support between sessions while we’re actively working together

  • Walking sessions

  • Gardening, cooking, or creative sessions when appropriate

How we begin

We start with a conversation. From there, we’ll decide together what kind of support makes the most sense. Some clients meet once. Others work together over several weeks or months as their home and daily life evolve.
