quiet house studio is rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins in the places we inhabit — our homes, our daily rituals, our bodies, and our inner lives.
A thoughtful, collaborative approach to living with greater intention, connection, and a deeper sense of home.
Working Together
Every person arrives with a different story.
Some are navigating a transition. Others are longing for a slower pace, a more intentional home, or a greater sense of connection — to themselves, the people they love, and the everyday moments that give life meaning. Some come because something feels unsettled. Others simply sense there is another way they want to live.
I don't believe there is one definition of a well-lived life, and my role isn't to prescribe one. Together, we'll create space to reflect, ask thoughtful questions, and notice what may be getting lost in the noise of everyday life. From there, we can begin to cultivate the environments, practices, and rhythms that feel right for you.
Much of our work takes place at quiet house studio, my home in San Clemente — a setting for conversation, reflection, and creative exploration. I believe the spaces we inhabit influence how we think, feel, and connect, and quiet house offers a place to experience that philosophy rather than simply talk about it.
Our time together can take many forms. We may sit around the kitchen table, walk along the beach, cook, write, arrange flowers, work with your surroundings, or simply talk. At times, it may make more sense to meet in your own home.
These aren't separate services. They're different ways of slowing down, paying attention, and discovering what supports a life that feels deeply your own.
Our time together may include:
• Thoughtful conversation and reflection
• Clarifying priorities during times of transition
• Cultivating supportive daily rhythms and rituals
• Walking, mindfulness, and restorative movement
• Exploring the relationship between home and wellbeing
• Writing, cooking, gardening, or other creative practices
How we begin
We begin with a conversation — a chance to talk about where you are, what feels important right now, and what you may be hoping to shift or explore.
From there, we'll decide together what kind of support makes sense. You may come for a single session or we may work together over time, allowing the process to evolve as your needs do.
There is no prescribed path. Our work is collaborative, personal, and grounded in what feels meaningful to you.
